Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Engineering Nature of Services
Infinitix Infotech delivers custom software development, website design, mobile apps, and digital marketing services that involve dedicated engineering hours, senior architect consultations, and proprietary design sprint work. Because time and custom labor cannot be reclaimed once expended, our refund terms operate on milestone completion principles.
2. Milestone Cancellation & Refund Terms
Project cancellations are handled strictly based on project stage:
- Prior to Work Initiation: If a client requests cancellation in writing within 48 hours of initial deposit and before project discovery sprint commencement, a full refund will be granted minus any third-party payment gateway transaction fees.
- During Discovery & UI/UX Phase: If cancellation occurs after wireframing and design sprints have commenced but prior to coding, unexpended engineering funds from subsequent phases will be refunded, while the initial discovery/design retainer will be retained to cover executed labor.
- Post-Development & Completed Milestones: Once a project milestone has been demonstrated, verified on staging environments, and approved in writing by the client, the payment allocated to that milestone is non-refundable.
3. Annual Maintenance & Digital Marketing Retainers
Monthly digital marketing, SEO, and cloud server maintenance retainers may be cancelled at any time by providing 15 days written notice prior to the upcoming monthly billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations once media campaigns or monthly hours have been initiated.
4. Third-Party Costs & External Licenses
Payments made on behalf of clients for external third-party licenses (domain name registrations, SSL certificates, cloud server hosting fees from AWS/GCP, premium WordPress plugins, SMS gateways, or Google/Meta ad spend) are subject to the respective third-party vendor policies and are strictly non-refundable.
